This year’s Ernie Ball Battle of The Bands showcase will take place on December 8, 2009 at The Key Club in Hollywood. Warped Tour veterans STORY OF THE YEAR will be the featured headliner, with EYES SET TO KILL opening the show at 7pm.

The Darlings, Conditions, Dinner and a Suit, and The Syncope Threshold will also play and battle to be crowned the 2009 Ernie Ball Battle of the Bands Champion. The champion will take home the grand prize which includes: a $15,000.00 Guitar Center Shopping spree, full Ernie Ball Endorsement, and a closet full of Hurley Clothing and apparel.

Eyes Set To Kill is currently on a headlining US tour with LoveHateHero, and Dreaming of Eden.
