Pulverised Records is pleased to announce its newest signing: Norwegian black metallers DEN SAAKALDTE. Founded by principal songwriter/guitarist Mikael Sykelig (ex-Gorgoroth session guitar player) and featuring some of the scene’s most notorious and prolific musicians, the band released the monumental Øl, Mørke og Depresjon (translation: “Beer, Darkness And Depression”) opus in 2008 and remarkably depressive full-length follow-up All Hail Pessimism in early 2009 before joining forces with the Singapore-based label.
Den Saakaldte’s forthcoming album and first with Pulverised Records, will be entitled Kapittel II: Faen i Helvete, scheduled for release in the Fall of 2010.
