‘Green Day Rock Band’ A Reality

Joystiq are reporting that Green Day: Rock Band is going to be an official release, and will hit stores sometime in the first half of 2010. The game will likely follow suit in as  Guitar Hero 4’s (story) followup release Guitar Hero: Aerosmith (story).

Why would you not jump on this bandwagon, considering similar products have sold $1 billion and DRAGONFORCE saw their digital single sales increase by 183% thanks to Guitar Hero III.
