Marilyn Manson has been inspired by the campaign to get Rage Against The Machine to the Christmas No1 ahead of X Factor’s Joe McElderry – and is plotting a similar attack next year.

The Goth rocker said “I don’t have anything against Simon Cowell and The X Factor. It’s just nice to see real music at the top of the charts.

“Somebody should try and do it next year. Can I suggest one of Nine Inch Nails’ best tracks called StarFuckers Inc?

“We should try to make it a yearly thing.”

KRUGER are honoring the spirit of Christmas by releasing two songs from their upcoming album For Death, Glory, and the End of the World (out late March 2010 in North America) on their MySpace. The two songs are titled “The Ox” and the album opener “Muscle”, which features Jo of Gojira on guest vocals.

CHIMAIRA’s annual Christmas show, their 10th, will take place on December 27 in Cleveland, OH at The House of Blues.  CHIMAIRA is currently on tour in the US with their friends in TRIVIUM.  After a two week break, CHIMAIRA will be ready to tear Cleveland apart and spread a little Christmas cheer.
