Canadian thrash monsters FATALITY are unleashing their new album entitled ‘Psychonaut’ for release on June 28th, 2013 along with an epic tour of Canada and the USA that will kick off in Oshawa, ON June 21st and wrap up in Buffalo, NY on August 28th.
Guitarist Eytan Gordon comments:
“We are very pleased with how Pyschonaut sounds and are very proud of the new single “Thoughts Collide”. We are incredibly excited to get back out on the road and play the new music for all our fans. Thanks to all who have contributed through our indiegogo campaign and helped further us along to make this coming year an unforgettable one!”
FATALITY are now streaming their first single ‘Thoughts Collide’ at the following link: http://snd.sc/11r4AeF.
(Track listing to be revealed soon.)
To fund their new album, upcoming tour and music video, FATALITY are reaching out to fans to raise $10,000 by June 4th through a crowd funding campaign on Indiegogo.com linked to http://fatality.ca. Successfully raising over $3,000 in just the first week, fans continue to support the campaign and album through this new initiative.
“Smarter, stronger and musically tighter than ever, FATALITY are now ready to unleash their sophomore album on their adoring public. Entitled Psychonaut, their new record is at once a darker and more mature effort, with more complex arrangements and sophisticated concepts, that still retains their trademark energy and commitment to drunken mayhem. Tracks like “Thoughts Collide” and “Before The Collapse” delve deep into the sodden minds of their creators, bubbling with the strange alchemy of pop culture. Set to be released June 28th, 2013 Psychonaut is an exploration of the inner landscape of the mind, where addled thoughts and horror-polluted dreams are held up to musical scrutiny. Monstrous, ambitious, and sardonically funny as ever, FATALITY are taking their unique sound and boundless energy to the next level.” – Natalie Zina Walschots of Golden Spruce Entertainment.
FATALITY is also planning on releasing a music video in support of the new single, which will be directed by Matthew Chrones Scott of BLEEDINGHEART Productions (bleedingheartproductions.ca) and is set for release this June.
Catch FATALITY on the road this summer supporting their new album:

About:Toronto, Canada’s high-energy, modern thrash monsters Fatality have been cranking out wise-cracking, beer-drenched nightmares together since 2003. Known for their wild, riotous live performances and their peerless work ethic, they have been independently booking and promoting their own shows, creating great merch, touring North America, and making some great tunes along the way. Few bands embody the DIY spirit as fully as Fatality consistently do, and no other bands have as much fun working their asses off.
Fatality’s debut effort, Beers From The Grave, was an irreverent, horror-themed album that eschewed seriousness in favour of hard living and good times. Decibel Magazine quipped that, on Beers From The Grave,“solos fly with reckless abandon, the bass is audible and practically so are the beers being cracked open. These guys must have awesome parties.” Hellbound.ca stated that Fatality are “a bundle of crass, explosive, obnoxiously positive energy spewing beer and shrapnel.” Part homage to classic zombie apocalypse horror and part retro-thrash ruckus, Beers From The Grave was an exciting, riotously messy debut.
After supporting Beers From The Grave with East coast Canadian tours, and being invited to share the stage with the likes of Exodus, Municipal Waste, Holy Grail and Razor, the thrash rockers went back to the studio and emerged with still more new material. Three rough-and-tumble, irresistibly catchy singles — “T.F.E.S.”, “Uppercut” and “Hammerfist” — were bundled together as a free EP. While most bands would have simply released a free record and called it a day, Fatality supported their singles with North American tours, winning hearts, destroying livers and splitting eardrums along the way. After those adventures, Fatality went into a period of hiatus. They emerged from this creative cocoon and re-instated their original drummer, Mason LeVon (brother to guitarist and vocalist Spencer LeVon, who replaced longtime friend and skinsman Andrew Suarez), and new musical vision. In early 2012, the band began writing a brand-new full-length, unquestionably their most ambitious project to date.

Finnish horror-rock exports, SNOW WHITE’S POISON BITE have premiered a terrifyingly fun and gruesome new music video for the track “Will You Meet Me In The Graveyard?”, from their Victory Records’ debut album, Featuring: Dr. Gruesome and the Gruesome Gory Horror Show. The video is a treasure chest of classic horror flick visuals: a gory crime scene, an eerie undertaker, a foggy graveyard, zombie resurrections and a live burial that will have you at the edge of your seats.
The SNOW WHITE’S POISON BITE music video for “The End of Prom Night” quickly became a YouTube sensation in August 2011, collecting three million views to date. The staggering views have allowed the band to create a devout fan base they appropriately call the “Horror Crew”. With expectations high, SNOW WHITE’S POISON BITE continue to serve a mash up of punk, surf, pop and rock in their new music video, “Will You Meet Me In The Graveyard?”. The video features stop-motion animation, bringing skeletons to life, paying homage to the late Ray Harryhausen, legendary special effects artist. Watch behind the scenes footage of the video here.

States frontman Kai Hansen: “We have been away for quite some time. We have released what we consider a very beautiful live product, ’Skeletons & Majesties Live’, but we felt it was time to release some new music by the Rayz…
“Yes, we planned to have an album ready by now but deadlines are not our best friends. No, seriously, although we have already started working on the new album, we did not want to wait any longer and thought we should let the fans listen to these two new songs before the world tour with Helloween. We have also recorded cover versions of two songs we have always loved and… before anybody could say that a CD can feature more minutes of music… we are also releasing the live material recorded for the ’Skeletons’ Blu-ray that could not be included on the live CD.
“OK, it’s not a new album. But it’s 60 minutes of music… call it the longest single in metal, if you like!”
