I encourage everyone to post on the forums, but you should only be able to view the "forums-recent posts" if you have permissions to that forum. If you don't have permission to view the forum, then it should not be on the "forums- recent posts".

It's a double edged sword......seeing those posts over in the "Recent Posts" section allows us DJ's to know when something important has come up....regular users don't have access to the DJ section.....it's not really an error, just something that goes with the territory of the forums module.
