You know what would be totally killer... If somehow we could have some kind of voting for songs in the chat. Like we get a few choices, and then everyone votes....then the winning song gets played. Sounds like a blast, would there be a way to automate it somehow? With a chatbot or something?
I've been doing this my last 3 shows now... sorta... when there is a lack of requests... I give an ARTIST A and ARTIST B option... and have people in the room vote for which artist they would like to hear... then I choose the song... I'm not sure how its working, but I haven't had any complaints. I usually get a couple of requests out of it!
I think I have a hell of an idea to make this work....Well, it would only work as much as people want to participate really...but its allways worth a try. I'll bring more info here really soon. LATERS!!
Well...this was the idea. I was hoping to make the page so that signing up wouldnt be necessary to vote. But, it seems that signing up is necessary. But hey, its not that bad. The sign up is quick and painless on my site anyway, (there is no confirmation email). So anyway, you can just create the poll in a forum, and then throw the link up in the chatroom for people to go to it and vote. I was thinking like making the question something like.... "Who do you want to hear a double shot of?" Then make the DJ could give the choices....and however much time later, we'll have a winner. Maybe all of this could be set up right here on the braingell site? Or, since some DJs might want to do it, and some might not, they could set it up themselves. Hell, if anybody wanted to, they could just make the poll on my site, and see how it works. Don't worry, I have BRAINGELL plastered all over the place, hahaha. Heres the example link....

I was just going to say, this would be even easier....Its a site made for this very thing. Super fast and simple. I dont know how long this link stays good though.
We would want the polling traffic to go to Braingell.com and not some other site. Maybe we can put this into the site and make it available on braingell.com and not drive our traffic off to other sites
