If I want to hear something, I make a request to a human in the chatroom. 4) if you limit the text characters in the shoutbox, maybe people will use it as a shoutbox.
Authors with less than 5 articles or with their latest article older than 30 days aren't rated. Scores are based on the amount of articles posted and the amount of readers averaged per article.
