Well I remember a friend of mine saying that the reunion would end in tears and it has.

Anthrax now being in the position of having an album but no one to sing it.

Personally I'm not surprised John Bush hasn't returned after the way he was uncermoniously dumped out of the band to make way for Joey Belladona.

It's a shame because in my opinion WCFYA is one of Anthrax's best albums ever, it was certainly my album of the year when it came out.

What does everyone else think?

is anthrax done? well whenever they dont have joey, they are already "done" to me... i cant stand bush... nothing personal, but i just think that i only can tollerate his voice in Armored Saint. as for the new anthrax album that needs a singer, they are fuckin IDIOTS to not take up corey's (slipknot) offer to sing on the album for them. that could have given them HUGE exposure to the kids, who really could care les about anthrax... i suspect at some point they will pick up a singer. hell why not get their original singer, they havent tried THAT gimmick yet. in the end, no matter who they choose, they will forever chase he greatness of Among the Living... and will never be that good again.

yea, anthrax definatly dropped the ball not wanting to let corey sing for them.. nobody really jams anthrax anymore, someone like a newer metal headliner would bring in more people.. and even if it was only for 1 album they could have enough time (and momentum) to look for another singer.. now, by turning people down, their just distancing themselves from the rest of the industry.. which doesn't make it the end for all bands.. but anthrax might just be pissin in the wind now...

All the remaining members so bad that none of them can sing? I mean, I've heard them, and they aren't that bad.

Of course I do like the suggestion of the original singer. Wasn't that Neil Turbin?

Of course there are some others they could try out again like: John Connelly from Nuclear Assault and Jason Ian Scott's Brother.

I just hope they write some good lyrics... we know the music will kick, but the lyrics have to have a good message!
