Hey Gellers,

I was at the Amon Amarth show tonight and even though the band was kickin major ass, I found myself kinda standing there not really giving a shit. On the way home while thinking about it I came to the conclusion that I am burned out. After a year and a half or BGR shows 3 nights a week and seeing over a hundered bands since February, I think I need a rest. I have decided to "go walkabout", Paul Hogan style and will return in the new year.

I will be at my BGR show tomorrow night then depending on what the family vacation looks like, I hope to return on New Year's Day. Hopefully I will return refreshed.

In the mean time I have two articles I still need to write and some photos to post. I will also still be doing the photo and writing thing for Jaxx during December, as there are some seriously kick ass bands coming up soon.

Any DJ can feel free to grab any of those slots in my stead. The crowd is usually pretty fun and please be sure to take lots of requests cause they love that!

To all of you who have taken the time to come goof around with me at my shows, read my articles, and check out my photos, THANK YOU ALL! I'll see you all in January.
