If it helps, I had the page open and was revising the submission for at least 30 minutes before submitting it without any interaction with other parts of the website.
When I submitted the article, my session ended. I hope that helps.

Oh by the way, this was a good read, and I liked the video, added that extra something. More news pages should include not only text, but video, and maybe an audio too.
