I was at this show in L.A., and it was the most amazing concert I've ever been to in my life!!! To those who say it's not the same without Michael Anthony, all I got to say is that if anyone else was gonna be the bassist for that band, it was absolutely fitting that the bassists last name was Van Halen. If any other bass player got that gig, yeah, i agree, it woudln't have been right. But to have another Van Halen on that stage..well...that's completely fine. The only thing I was sketchy about was if the backup vocals were gonna be good...those fears were laid to rest very early on. And lets face it, Michael Anthony wasn't doing anything difficult on the bass. Wolfgang locked right in with his uncle Alex and the band as a whole was absolutley amazing!! Eddie himself was flawless! I realised a lifelong dream on tuesday November 20th by seeing Van Halen fronted by David Lee Roth. I can die in peace now.
