Hmmm... this "legalising to obtain money" reminds me of prohibition making alcohol legal again for profit. Kinda like the debate over legalizing Marijuana for taxes. I guess if you can't win the "war on" it, then make it legal and turn a buck! Ahh... the American way. What a bunch of crap! Should never have gotten like this in the first place! Okay, I'm done rattling on!
