My only fear is that since they're not paying the bands, that I'm going to see 25 garage bands from Long Island. Don't get me wrong, I'll be there of course.

From the video that is posted on OzzFest's website. The artists make money selling CDs and Merch. Maybe see some good unsigned bands that the big companies don't think will sell.
