Might aswell Get fruity and play whatever the fuck we want and go out with a bang. I cant see VB forking out $500 plus royalties and I wouldnt want him to! 'judges denied all motions for rehearing and also declined to postpone a May 15 deadline'

I personally think they would have to serve vB with a pay-up or else letter first. So BGR should still be here after the deadline. I'm sure BGR didn't make it this far to disappear one night. Not sure yet, but pretty sure BGR will stay one way or another.
