Swedish couple Michael and Karolina Tomaro are fighting a court battle with the country's tax authorities, and all because they want to call their new born daughter Metallica. Under Swedish law, every name has to meet official approval. And the tax office hasojbected, on the grounds that it's inappropriate.

LOL cute picture! Well, if it's the baby on the left then yeah.... maybe that name fits, but if it's the baby on the right then I'm gonna have to agree with the courts..... hahaha
