yes..... back in 2003 Limp Bizkit were all the rage....
.... then not long after they were the laughing stock of all rock fans.
One thing remained constant though , an appreciation for the guitar work of Wes Borland.
Well.... he's back with new band Black Light Burns. Comprising Wes handling not only guitar... but also vocal duties , and a couple of the regular Nine Inch Nails tour regulars , namely Danny Lohner and Josh Freese.
As you'd expect with a couple of NIN guys on board it has a wonderful gothic feel to it (as regular listeners to my shows will know I'm a big goff at heart) dark , broody , harsh and mellow.... all mixed up . The album title sums it up really... Cruel Melody.
I'll feature a few tracks in my next broadcast... and hopefully.... like me.... You'll welcome Wes back to "proper" music.
