It is with great excitement that tonight Braingell officially began what I hope will become a long and meaningful partnership with Jaxx Nightclub in the Washington, D.C. area.
This evening I was permitted to attend the God Forbid/Goatwhore/Mnemic show to write a concert review, take photos, and talk to the bands. Our arrangement makes it so that I should be able to do these things for almost any show on their schedule. While details are still being worked out, my hope is that this will soon become a great vehicle for cross promotion, ticket give-aways, and spreading the gospel of Braingell across the eastern U.S.
If you live within three hours of the nation's capital and you are a fan of live metal, this news should put you in a very good mood. I will keep you all updated with more details as we work them out. I also expect that I will be pimping Jaxx on my shows, so tune in to "Berube Stew" for the skinny.

As for the show this evening... Wow. I seriously can't hear a fuckin' thing at this moment and when I wake up tomorrow, something tells me I still won't be able to hear. Monday night I will post my concert review and photos (and i got some fuckin' KILLER shots).
