MOTLEY CRUE & NEW YORK DOLLS Set Date at Verizon Center

Believe it or not this year marks the 30th anniversary for  Motley Crue as a heavy metal band AND Tommy Lee, Nikki Sixx, Vince Neil and Mick Mars are still alive and kicking

To celebrate their 30 years in rock music they’ll be going on a national tour, with help from Poison and the New York Dolls.

All three bands will play at arenas and amphitheaters from June to August.

The tour comes to the Verizon Wireless Music Center in Pelham on July 9, with Motley Crue and New York Dolls sharing the bill. Poison won’t be appearing at the Alabama date, according to the tour schedule.

Tickets for the 7:30 p.m. show are $33-$107.70, on sale March 19 through Ticketmaster/Live Nation.

Fan-club seats and VIP packages go on sale March 11 through the Motley Crue S.I.N. Club. VIP perks include spots in the first 15 rows, T-shirts, hats, laminates and lithographs.  Meet-and-greet passes with Motley Crue won’t be won’t be

According to press, the 3 veterans bands haven’t toured together before so this will be a huge deal.
