OBSIDIAN SKY’s “Daydreams and Nightmares,” Debuts Worldwide

Obsidian Sky goes worldwide today with the launch of their new EP, “Daydreams and Nightmares.” The album, released on Redglare Records, is the first from the Atlanta, Georgia, metalcore band.

“We’re definitely excited to be releasing our first EP on Redglare Records,” says bass player Dillan Lynn. “Obsidian Sky has accomplished so much in such a short period of time, and we feel that this will really take our band to the next level. It’s a chance for us to reach new fans, and to really establish ourselves in the ranks of metal and music in general.”

Guitarist and lead singer Khalifa Al-Boinen agrees, noting Obsidian Sky’s success after their start in the fall of 2010. “Since we’ve been together less than a year, it’s amazing how much we’ve grown,” he says. “We’ve put in a lot of hard work to get this far, and everyone has been so dedicated. You put into it what you get out of it, and I’m proud of everyone.”

Fans can also purchase Obsidian Sky merchandise on the Redglare Records website, including the band’s new Parasites t-shirt. Visit shop.redglarerecords.com to order both merchandise and “Daydreams and Nightmares.”
