BRYON NEMETH to Commemorate Hendrix’s Death with Rooftop Performace at 4:20

I love this guy!  Byron Nemeth, a Scottsdale, AZ-based guitar hero, will be commemorating Jimi Hendrix’s burial date of October 1, 1970 while at the LA Amp Show on October 1 & 2.

The plans are as follows:  Byron will head up to the roof of the hotel at approx. 4:20 which a VERY fitting time.  He will then play The Star Spangled Banner the way Jimi performed it at Woodstock and then he’ll light a guitar on fire in Hendrix’s memory.  Bravo, Byron!!

“”Honoring Hendrix by replicating his very controversial rendition of the Star-Spangled Banner on electric guitar is the most important political rock statement that needs to be done today to wake people up to new music,” says Nemeth. “This delivery of screaming guitar and ballistic feedback will shock and inspire listeners to a new vision of what modern rock should be instead of the watered down corporate drivel we have been forced feed in recent years.”

Byron will be representing Moore Amps and the company’s new model Mooresound 1013 Amp Class A 20 Watt Single Channel All Tube Amplifier throughout the weekend.
