DEMON HUNTER Release Third Track ‘Dead Flowers’

Demon Hunter are unveiling a third track today, a little more than two weeks from True Defiance‘s April 10th release on Solid State Records.

“‘Dead Flowers’ is a really special song to me and I’m extremely pleased with how it turned out,” explains frontman Ryan Clark. “It was the last song I wrote for the record, and it really came to life in the studio. I think the lyrics on this song are my favorite on the album because there are so many different ways to interpret them. I think it’s destined to become a classic DH ballad, up there with ‘My Heartstrings Come Undone,’ ‘One Thousand Apologies’ and ‘Carry Me Down.’ I think fans are really going to love this song.”

The band’s video for “My Destiny,” which raised the bar of fan fervor for the album, premiered last week to significant praise. The “coming-of-age”-themed video is available on the band’s website. The digital single is available now to purchase on iTunes, where the regular and deluxe editions (including 2 bonus tracks) of True Defiance are also available to preorder.
