Neuraxis Announce Shows with New Members, Begin Writing Next Album
Montreal-based death metal outfit, NEURAXIS, has started to write the follow up to The Thin Line Between. These are the first tracks with new members, drummer Olivier Beaudoin and bassist Olivier Pinard.
Vocalist Alex Leblanc commented on the writing process; “It’s going extremely well. We are working on three new songs right now, one of which is already finished. The chemistry with the new guys is awesome. They really bring tons of energy to the band. Both of them are bringing fresh ideas to the mix and are really creative. The writing is going a lot faster than we expected so fans won’t have to wait a long time to hear it. The new material sounds phenomenal. Vicious, dark and epic are the words that come to mind when you listen to the new songs. Expect a brand new beast from this one. You guys won’t believe it!”
The band also have some Canadian dates lined up for this winter.
Feb. 5 – Sherbrooke, QC @ Bar Le Magog
Feb. 6 – St. Hyacinthe, QC @ Bar Le Trash
Mar. 26 – Winnipeg, MB @ The Zoo (MANITOBA METALFEST)
Mar. 28 – Sudbury, ON @ Townhouse Tavern
Apr. 24 – London, ON @ Moon Over Marine
