In January 2011, forty heavy metal bands plus 2,000 fans will take over the luxury cruise ship “Majesty of the Seas” and head for the Caribbean for a 5-day/4-night trip of a lifetime.
States EXODUS guitarist/songwriter Gary Holt:
“EXODUS are WAY more than excited to announce that we will be taking part in the 70,000 Tons of Metal cruise! I have been dying to play this thing since I first heard of it, and I for one cannot wait to have a drink or ten, and stalk Uli Jon Roth all around the ship! The Bay Area is well represented indeed; let’s just hope we thrashers don’t sink the ship!”
